Use these answers with the current 4-Way Loft listings when choosing a racing homer. For information about a particular bird, send the listing title or full band number through the contact page.
How do I check which birds are available?
Start with the live Shop page. An older article, photograph, or saved listing is not confirmation of current availability. Ask the loft to confirm the exact bird or pair and any details that are unclear before arranging a purchase.
What should I compare in a bird or pair listing?
Compare the full band number, hatch year or age, sex when known, parentage, seller notes, and the role you want the bird to fill. A pair listing should be reviewed as two individual birds as well as a proposed pairing. The pair and single-bird comparison guide and baby, yearling, and breeding-pair guide explain the questions to take to the loft.
How should I read the bloodline and race records?
Read the pedigree guide alongside the diplomas and the exact listing. Family records provide useful background; they do not guarantee an individual bird’s future performance. Ask which records relate to the bird and which relate to its family.
What should I confirm about pickup or shipping?
Confirm the bird’s current availability, the proposed handoff, timing, weather considerations, and the loft’s current instructions before making travel or receiving arrangements. Use the settling and shipping questions to prepare your inquiry. Do not assume an old post establishes a current shipping date or price.
What information helps the loft answer my question?
Include the listing title or band number, what you hope to do with the bird, and whether you are asking about pickup or shipping. List anything you want clarified about the photos, family records, or current routine. Do not send payment-card information through the contact form.
Where can I read the purchase policies?
Review the current terms and conditions and refund policy before ordering. If a policy or listing does not answer your situation, ask the loft before you proceed.
